Bianchilorenzo® offers the opportunity to replace or return a purchased product without having to specify the reason within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods.

In fact, you can return the product already purchased and replace it with another one, paying any difference in price if necessary.

To exercise the rule of withdrawal there will be no right to provide any reason, it will however be essential to return the product intact, not worn or damaged, with its original packaging and tags as it was shipped.

The customer will have to ship the product and will bear the transport costs for returning non-compliant goods. BianchiLorenzo® will send the product in exchange at its own expense in the event of a return for faulty products.

BianchiLorenzo®, having verified that the returned goods are intact and in normal condition, inserted in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and accessory documentation), will refund the full price of the products, within a maximum of 15 days solar from receipt of the communication from the Customer himself of wanting to withdraw from the contract. The credit will be made in the same way in which the customer supported his purchase. Exception for flags. In this case BianchiLorenzo® will refund by bank transfer to the indicated IBAN code or PayPal.
